Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Law and Legal Practitioner's, License issued by Nepal Bar Council.

Minimum Experience:

Three (3) years’ work experience in the commercial law practice.

Job Responsibilities:

S/he will work as a member of the Corporate Department. Key tasks include:

Drafting of the corporate legal documents for business incorporation and corporate compliance,
Drafting and reviewing of the transaction documents,
Conducting legal due diligence and preparation of the reports,
Writing legal opinions and providing advice to the clients, and such other works as assigned from time to time
