Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Law and Legal Practitioner's, License issued by Nepal Bar Council.
  

Minimum Experience: 

• Three (3) years’ work experience in the commercial law practice. 
  

Job  Responsibilities:

S/he will work as a member of the Corporate Department. Key tasks include:

• Drafting of the corporate legal documents for business incorporation and corporate compliance, 
• Drafting and reviewing of the transaction documents, 
• Conducting legal due diligence and preparation of the reports, 
• Writing legal opinions and providing advice to the clients, and such other works as assigned from time to time
