Job Description

We’re looking for a world-class Community Manager to help us build and engage the GOFA Fitness and Luca & Friends community. If you love building community, keeping people informed, fostering meaningful relationships, we’d love to chat.


Role & responsibilities

  • Grow the GOFA fitness and Luca & Friends community on Facebook, Telegram, Reddit & Discord. 
  • Implement social media strategies to increase engagement & followers
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry and digital trends
  • Responding to customer inquiries & comments on social platforms in a timely manner
  • Build relationships with the online community
  • Monitor and provide feedback on engagement/conversation via social media channels to leadership
  • Act as the voice of Gofa’s brand, leading community engagement and outreach.
  • Own Community Team contributions to marketing initiatives and programs in collaboration with cross-functional partners and Manager
  • Recommend new tests to launch social initiatives, tapping into community feedback and consumer trends to plan.
  • Lead Community initiatives and projects, both existing and new, from planning to execution
  • Capture community insights to inform our social strategy, and work across marketing, tech, design, and product teams to improve the overall consumer experience.
  • Maintain an awareness of social media trends, best practices, and platform developments.
