  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, IT, Electronics and Communication or any related field
  • Basic knowledge of SMS & Billing system, frequency spectrum and the CATV Digital Headend system
  • Good communication and analytical skills
  • Eager to learn
  • Flexibility to work in shifts
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply

Job Description

  • Supports headend operations and real-time monitoring of the systems
  • Responsible to maintain the log of daily channels and supports troubleshooting
  • Maintain accurate and complete headend documentation
  • Responsible for maintaining the headend in a clean and orderly manner
  • Support in the testing of the Set-top box and QA
  • Daily reporting to its Team Leaders as per the given form
