Roles and responsibilities of this job

Maintain and update operational data, reports, and documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., finance, HR) to ensure seamless workflows.
Addressing any issues or delays in operation processes and providing effective solutions
Monitor key operational metrics and report discrepancies or issues to management.
Assist in process improvement projects by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions.
Manage vendor communication and ensure timely delivery of goods/services.
Support audits, compliance checks, and internal reporting.
Perform other related and ad-hoc tasks as required by management
