Bachelor level in any stream with Network/system training or Bachelor level in IT running or completed or 6 months experience in Network/System Support

Job Description

Install, configure and maintain cisco switches and wifi devices
Maintain proper cabling connectivity to all devices and Test connectivity in all devices
Check ISP link and bandwidth and maintain proper BW management plan
Handle client calls and support as per need
Monitor health status and network status of all networking devices, server and storage and take necessary action as per need
Prepare documents and present on any given topics by supervisor
Assist in all Network/ System works inside DC
Coordinate with DC/DR team to check and assure data backup.
Provide weekly, monthly report on work status.
Other network/System admin tasks as assigned by assigned Supervisor
