Job Description

  • Achieve growth and hit Microsoft Sales targets successfully with delivering values to customers
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan for Microsoft, that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new Microsoft products and competition status
  • Funnel Growth – Top line & Bottom-line 
  • Present the Sales Activities in Sales meeting Based on the current FY -Qtr.-Month and Week 
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Promote the Microsoft products /services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Prepare Contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner along with Technical Team
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Partner with sales team to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles.
  • Model the financial business case associated with each sales opportunity
  • Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition
  • Manage all technical aspects of RFP / TOR / RFI responses along with Technical Team
  • Responsible for Team Development / Growth, Training Need Analysis and do Certifications in a Timely manner according to the latest Microsoft technology trends.
  • Conduct internal action plan to Achieve Targets with Delivering Values to Customers.
