Job Description

  • Providing administrative and secretarial support that's second to none, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the office of the Managing Director
  • Managing and co-coordinating schedules, meetings, travel arrangements and daily programmers (both business and private activities)
  • Handling of calls, emails, correspondence and other communication including interaction with clients, partners, agencies and vendors
  • General administration, team-centric work
