Job Description

  • Managing office supplies and equipment. 
  • Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files. 
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence 
  • Preparing reports, letters, memos, and official documents. 
  • Coordinating with vendors and service providers. 
  • Maintaining employee records, attendance, payroll inputs and HR systems. 
  • Manage insurance, logistics, office premises, inventory, and vehicle arrangements. 
  • Maintain and update shareholders records. 
  • Communicate with shareholders through email, phone calls. 
  • Prepare reports and support senior management with required data. 
  • Manage procurement and delivery of goods/assets to and from the site. 
  • Coordinate logistics for staff and ensure proper handover of materials. 
  • Management during meetings and programs. 
  • Maintain kitchen fund and kitchen expenses. 
  • Maintain inventory and Fixed Assets Register 
  • Managing office maintenance and housekeeping. 
  • Periodical reporting to senior management. 
  • Other works as instructed by senior management.
