Purpose:

  • Product Testing
  • Patch Testing

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Testing of the product and services before and after product launch. 
  • Testing of the product and services during system upgrades, patch implementation, redundancy, and any changes implemented by the government.
  • Cooperation with different teams within the organization during the tests.
  • Collecting the test cases and managing it when the test is scheduled by products owners and testing regularly or timely basis for regular health checkup of the products and services.
  • Collecting and sending the feedback/glitches for necessary fix.
  • Accepting emergency number manage/change request and coordinate with concern stakeholders/department for needful changes.
  • Plan and conceptualize the necessary tests to be carried out on each product in terms of protecting end consumer experience.
  • Ensure the company’s policies and privacy requirements are met.
  • Managing adjustment, credit and debit request for test.
  • Managing testing required resources for an effective testing environment.
  • Monitoring short numbers/emergency numbers request received from NTA or government bodies.
  • To be flexible within the working environment creating an ethos of teamwork and professionalism.
  • Ensure proper health checkup of the existing live product/service with throughout testing and maintain the test results with monthly/ quarterly insight share to line manager.
  • Coordination with Complaint Resolution Team for effective testing on the product or services for which customer complaints received.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field, preferably in Management.
  • Experience in relevant field will be preferred

Duty Station:
Kathmandu but can be placed anywhere in Nepal as per business needs.
