Assistant Specialist- Loyalty Management

Purpose:
Provide better customer experience by implementing an effective loyalty management program and consistent engagement with customers to delight, retain & ringfence within Ncell network.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement Loyalty program for HVCs especially in digital channels whereby loyalty customers are engaged & delighted with unique offers resulting in churn prevention and improvement of digital penetration.
  • Build and manage merchant eco-system whereby merchants from various industries to be onboarded as loyalty partners for providing offers across the country through required process and documentation.
  • Ensure the Loyalty Offer configuration in all required platforms such that the end-to-end journey operates seamlessly and conveniently for customers.
  • Create a mechanism for auto update/enrollment/removal of customers based on set-criteria into Loyalty program on regular basis and implement any changes in the logic as per business strategies.
  • Share monthly KPI report on Loyalty customers such as churn, redemption %, revenue, province-wise & merchant wise redemption etc. and based on the report, adjust /introduce necessary changes in the loyalty program strategies for better results.
  • Design and execute plans/processes for providing preferential treatment for HVCs across all touchpoints for better experience.
  • Manage SMS and OBD broadcasts catering to the requests received from cross functional teams as per the policy and share reports to relevant stakeholders.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field, preferably in Management.
  • Preference for relevant experience in managing loyalty programs and customer experience projects.

Duty Station: 
Kathmandu but can be placed anywhere in Nepal as per business needs.
