Position: Assistant Specialist- Digital Experience
Department: Customer Experience, Admin & Security

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • App and chatbot management: Develop, manage, update, and maintain mobile apps, web self-care platforms, and chatbots to enhance self-service and digitization.
  • Plan and execute digital initiatives: Collect, evaluate, and assess requirements from cross-functional teams to implement digital projects and enhancements.
  • Vendor and SPOC collaboration: Partner with vendors and SPOCs during the Functional Requirement Specification (FRS) phase and overall execution of digital initiatives, including conducting UATs and reviewing digital KPIs post-launch.
  • Enhancement delivery: Liaise with technical teams and solution providers to deliver timely enhancements, resolve issues, and improve solutions.
  • Coordinate approvals: Work with cross-functional SPOCs to obtain necessary approvals from management for digital initiatives and engagement activities.
  • Collaborate on GTM plans: Finalize GTM plans and KPIs with SPOCs and present these plans to leadership for approval.
  • Monitor GTM plans: Track and oversee go-to-market plans for digitalization initiatives, projects, new features and engagement activities.
  • Reporting and insights: Prepare regular reports and dashboards on digital initiatives, track major KPIs and provide insights on performance.
  • Root cause analysis: Analyze customer pain points and leverage AI, ML, and RPA to address and resolve issues.

Education Qualification and Experience:

  • Master’s Degree / Professional Degree in Management/IT or relevant field 
  • Experience of working with digitization projects like mobile app, chatbot, AI, ML, RPA and other CX digitization projects will be an added advantage.

Profile:

  • Possess a thorough understanding of digital management systems and practices.
  • Good Digitalization knowledge, preferably experience in App, Chatbot, Website, RPA and CX digitization.
  • Excellent Telecom industry knowledge with a focus on digital program design and implementation.
  • Should have strong analytical skills, multi-tasking skills and advanced troubleshooting skills with customer-centric approach.
  • Stays updated with business developments and takes steps to align work towards the business changes
  • Strives to create exceptional performance
  • Is collaborative who like to work in a team
  • Effective communication skills to handle internal stakeholders as well as external stakeholders/vendor
  • Understands and collates details of situations or problems at work
  • Implements agreed initiatives effectively
