Position: Assistant Specialist- CX Operations and Governance Police support
Department: Digital Channels and Experience

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate/Support with government SPOC as designated by NTA as focal points. Service the request with highest priority. 
  • Following up with respective functions/ departments to handle the issue received from security bodies
  • Ensure all the requests from securities/governmental bodies are handled
  • Filing of all the legal correspondents for auditing purposes
  • Flexible to work as per shift that need to maintained the team comply of 365 days & 24 hour operation.
  • Maintain the workflow, schedules/shifts defined by the line manager
  • Archiving all the replied documents and letters received from government security bodies
  • Address the written complaints and respond the same in written form in respective language with the coordination of required stakeholders
  • Draft, review and respond to government correspondence in local languages with accuracy. Translate internal communication or instruction in to Nepali for government facing letters/emails.
  • Analyze and respond the critical queries regarding customers information received from Ncell exclusive touch points.
  • Maintain reports of the handled issues in an organized template and report it to line manager in a periodic manner
  • Imposing suspension and release suspension to the complaint numbers received by government security bodies.
  • Automation of process request by prioritizing the associated task
  • Conduct quarterly audit with respective focal point heads to ensure customer privacy is addressed.
  • Develop trusted relationships with cross-functional team and a strong understanding of their function, processes, goals, and opportunities to align daily operational tasks

Qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
  • Preference will be given for relevant experience

Profile:

  • Reviews situations or problems related to the work and presents all perspectives clearly for analysis
  • Good understanding of formal Nepali communication tone, grammar and structure.
  • Reviews and recommends new solutions or techniques to improve work output
  • Tries to review linkages beyond own work area
  • Seeks to learn more about other parts of the unit, or function
  • Proactively seeks out customers’ input to obtain feedback on performance
  • Effectively communicates with others to obtain needed information or support
  • Adapts rules or recommend alteration in normal procedures to get a job done well

  • Sound knowledge of MS Office especially MS Excel/PowerPoint/MS Word

Duty Station
Kathmandu but can be placed anywhere in Nepal as per business needs and future requirements.
