Duty Station: Current requirement is in Kathmandu but can be placed anywhere in Nepal as per business needs and future requirements.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely filing/submission of various statutory and regulatory reports to Nepal Telecommunication Authority (NTA) and other related bodies.
  • Ensure compliance of NTA's policies, rules, guidelines, procedures and byelaws within Regulatory function and act as an escalation point for compliance thereof by other relevant functions. 
  • Handles all reporting related to Group Regulatory Affairs and Group Risk and Compliance.
  • Establish and maintain an effective document control system by developing and implementing processes related to document control and management.
  • Establish and maintain an effective filing and archiving system and procedures for paper documents and electronic documents / files / correspondence.
  • Schedule and coordinate all activities relating to document flow within company as per the document control procedure.
  • Maintain updated records, files, control logs and series to-for of conversation of all approved and on approval process documents and their distribution.
  • Maintain a tracking facility to safeguard information and fulfill document retrieval requests.
  • Check the accuracy of the dispatch documents and ensure all documentation provided are as per the stakeholder’s documentation requirements.
  • Produce, maintain and generate various document progress reports as and when required.
  • Ensure the quality and integrity of all the circulated documents.
  • Ensure all templates used within the system are as per the company standards.
  • Ensure all documents are up to date within electronic and hard copy filing systems.
  • Ensure copies of latest approved documents are circulated to the appropriate point of contacts.
  • Store, scan, manage, and organize company documents adhering to the company's document lifecycle procedures, and also archive inactive records in accordance with the records retention procedures.
  • Periodically share knowledge on record management procedures and policies, which include documentation, retention, retrieval, destruction and disaster recovery.
  • Assist in file migration and audits; perform administrative tasks as and when needed.
  • Perform any other related ad-hoc duties/ tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualification and experience

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Law or relevant field
  • Prior experience in a relevant field will be preferred
  • Nepal Bar License holder will be preferred

  • Should have proficient typing and analytical skills.
  • Should have excellent data organization and archiving skills.

Note: Priority will be given to Nepalese Citizens.
