Assistant Specialist- Channel Support & KYC Disposal

Position: Assistant Specialist- Channel Support & KYC Disposal

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end process of KYC forms received from channel partners and ensure all the customer’s profile are registered in system as per SIM activation.
  • Manage and oversee the end-to-end eKYC operation & disposal process & are maintained as per standard operating process.
  • Control on customer privacy misleading by data entry vendor & third-party resources.
  • Coordinate with vendors, channel partners & regional sales to identify improvement area and make necessary action plan for effective execution.
  • Coordinate with internal cross functional team for KYC disposal & maintain accuracy of customer profile & digital image in system.
  • Communicate and follow up to ensure third party employees are fully informed of all new information related to KYC guideline, procedures and company policies, changes, or action.
  • Supervision & monitor on data entry & validation daily/ monthly closing timeline as per KPI’s, assuring timely release of commission for channel partners.
  • Prepare monthly/weekly/daily report of the operation as per need with accuracy maintained.
  • Work closely with compliance, risk, legal, and front-office teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate & collaborate with manager and team members in his/her competencies for incorporating digitalization and process improvement.
  • Based on activation quality of Ncell Channel partners analyze, identify the improvement areas and execute channel awareness and training needs.
  • Handling customer TT assigned with Timely resolution.
  • Must be flexible to work outside the office premises as per the requirement of job.
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate operational insights to enhance performance and provide insight to respective line manager.  
  • Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, recommend improved procedures as well.
  • Continuously review the SOW & update for necessary improvement initiatives.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Master’s degree or bachelor’s Degree in management or similar field.
  • Advantage will be given to those with similar experience.

Profile:

  • Excellent knowledge on Mgmt. methods & techniques
  • Working knowledge on CRM, DRM & BI database & tools
  • Troubleshooting & multitasking skill.
  • Understands impact of own performance on customers
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate findings in easy to understand terms for the business and team members
  • Passionate about learning, creating, sharing and working in groups 
  • Understand processes to gather needed information or support
  • Shows agility to adapt to new situations and challenges quickly
  • Implements agreed initiatives effectively
  • Seeks to learn more about other parts of the department
  • Works on constructive feedback to improve one's work performance
  • Tolerance for ambiguity and openness to feedback.

Duty Station: Kathmandu but can be placed anywhere in Nepal as per business needs and future requirements.
