Purpose:

  • Brand Guardian to create, implement and assure adherence to brand philosophy and identity guidelines, assurance of brand health and hygiene. 
  • Digital Marketing Specialist assuring high impact and strategic digital planning to support brand and business requirements. 
  • Creative content conceptualization and creation for both brand building and tactical offering promotions for end-end execution.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy and Management
  • Digital Marketing Campaigns 
  • Social Media and Content Management 
  • 360-degree Campaign for App Acquisition and Engagement 
  • Go-To-Market Campaigns of tactical offerings
  • Campaign Performance Analysis and Reporting
  • Brand campaign Content Creation and Promotion 
  • Influencer Marketing 
  • Internal/Employee branding 
  • Various Branding and Execution Support 
  • Brand and Digital Marketing performance tracking and competitor tracking 
  • Management of all social media assets and annual calendarization 
  • Festival calendar and content for localized emotional connect 
  • Maintenance and updating of brand assets including guidelines, philosophy, toolkits 
  • Auditing of all touchpoints to assure activities and promotions are on-brand

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration [preferably specializing in Marketing]
  • Preference will be given to those who have work experience in Digital Marketing & Brand Management.

Profile:

  • Positive learning attitude 
  • Adaptability to latest trends in digital marketing 
  • Understanding of best marketing and brand practices.
  • Stakeholder management and team player
  • Reviews situations or problems related to the work and presents all perspectives clearly for analysis 
  • Reviews and recommends new solutions or techniques to improve work output 
  • Tries to review linkages beyond own work area 
  • Seeks to learn more about other parts of the unit, or function 
  • Proactively seeks out customers' input to obtain feedback on performance
  • Effectively communicates with others to obtain needed information or support 
  • Adapts rules or recommends alteration in normal procedures to get a job done well 
  • Understands personal strengths & weaknesses, and works on constructive feedback to improve one's work performance

Duty Station: 
Kathmandu but can be placed anywhere in Nepal as per business needs.
