Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Liaison and lead the collaboration with partners from concept discussion to execution of the programs.
  • Align stakeholders with company’s strategy / target and secure their support on device roadmap / program execution for achieving targets.
  • Managing different product portfolio from different domains to provide optimum result for fulfilling company target.
  • Create Products and services to support the device strategy
  • Product and service lifecycle management to increase the ROI from products and services.
  • Identify opportunities, evaluate, and propose product changes and improvement.
  • Analyze avenues of revenue maximization with device led programs. 
  • Plan and lead device initiatives in close alliance with internal and external stakeholders
  • Initiate and lead planning and forecasting of forward and reverse bundling programs supported by measurable KPIs. 
  • Provide device related reports daily, weekly and monthly as required.
  • Keep stakeholders informed regularly on applicable communication on ATL & BTL initiatives. 
  • Train internal stakeholders on Devices, Products and subsequent processes. 
  • Be updated with the latest market trend and recommend subsequent changes on company’s device strategy.
  • Performing different actions like Kill or modify the products, services and solutions depending upon the market reaction and do necessary activities to achieve the actions.
  • Conduct research in coordination with research team to know product, services and solutions need in market.
  • Identifies problems and significantly improve, change or adapt existing method and techniques of developing and running of different products, services and solutions.
  • Monitor competitor products, & services & report market trends routinely and act accordingly.
  • Coordinates and work closely with different teams in the company to achieve product and service lifecycle management and solution implementation and further actions. Other jobs as advised by immediate superior.

Your qualification and experience:

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in management with good knowledge of IT background

Other Required Skills

  • Good communication in English & Nepali, both written and spoken.
  • Having great communication & presentation skills.
  • Creative and innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Good team player, result-oriented attitude, strong attention to detail, and analytical mind.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a passion for data and analytics.
  • Strong desire to take initiative; ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives.
  • Curious and constantly looking for new, practical ways to improve the status quo and possess a customer-first mindset.
  • Hungry for innovation and improvement with a startup mindset.
  • Dynamic and visionary with the ability and passion to drive and remove roadblocks particularly when there are time limitations and challenging resources.

Profile 

  • Excellent knowledge of GSM and IT technologies
  • Excellent knowledge of handset market channel and commission structure. 
  • Legislative and normative legal acts of Nepal, methodical documents on marketing organization and study of financial and economical market conditions
