Role Description

This is a full-time Assistant Sales Manager role based in Kathmandu, with flexibility for remote work. As an Assistant Sales Manager, your day-to-day tasks will include assisting the sales team in generating leads, managing customer relationships, participating in sales meetings, and coordinating sales activities. You will also be responsible for analyzing sales data, preparing sales reports, and contributing to the overall sales strategy of the company.

Qualifications

Sales experience and strong customer relationship management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of the travel industry and Nepal tourism is a plus
Bachelor's degree running in Business Administration or a related field
