  • New Business Development & Achieving Sales Targets
  • Generating Leads through cold calling and other sources
  • Guiding sales team to effectively tap new business opportunities
  • Handling escalations from Sales team in negotiating & closing the deals, or customers query resolution
  • Ensuring proper coordination with technical team for delivery of excellent service to clients
  • Building and maintaining relationships with Key customers to ensure repeat and referral business on new as well as existing projects
  • Overall, be responsible for key accounts management, sales traget achievement and revenue generation
