• Documentation of company paper works
• Handling the PMS agreement with the clients
• Visiting Broker offices for issues related to clients and company
• Visiting different places outside office premises as assigned
• Participate in promotional activities of our product and services outside office premises
• Preparation of reports, letters and other documents as assigned by the company
• Assisting other departments in case of any issues occurred

Principle Functions :

• Compiling, analyzing and maintaining financial data of listed company in Nepal stock market
• Analyze the performance of listed companies fundamentally and technically and arrange to disseminate the information to the portfolio department efficiently
• Market/IPO/FPO/Right/Debenture/Auction Analysis
• Preparation and publication of weekly newsletter and financial report
• Develop intensive research and investment methodology to deploy the investment fund in the most profitable avenues in the market
• Assist to prepare the company report (weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly, annual) regularly
• Regular follow-up with existing and prospective clients
• Other works related to merchant banking or as specified by the top management
