We are expanding our team and seeking Assistant Relationship Officers (4 full-time positions) at our Kathmandu Office under the Retail and Food Services Teams.

Job Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication and resolution of inquiries or concerns.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales Support:

  • Assist in achieving sales targets by promoting company products and services to existing and potential clients.
  • Provide product information and suggest solutions to meet client needs.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain accurate client records and update databases with relevant information.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to the team or management regarding client interactions and outcomes.

Customer Service Excellence:

  • Address client inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Gather client feedback and work with relevant teams to improve service delivery.

Collaboration:

  • Work within the Retail and Food Services teams to implement strategies that drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements and client engagement strategies.

Market Research and Outreach:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Assist in planning and executing client engagement events or activities.

Operational Support:

  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with product availability for client orders.
  • Ensure timely processing of client orders and coordinate delivery logistics when needed.

Field Work:

  • Visit client locations as necessary to strengthen relationships, collect feedback, and provide product demonstrations or support.
