• Ability to manage multiple data processing project consisting of large team.
• Thorough understanding of project. Extensive training will be provided to candidates.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Join meetings and conference calls with overseas clients on short notice.
• Set goals, monitor productivity of team members
• Possess enough analytical and managerial skills to manage turn around time set by client
• Identify the training needs of team members, focus on key improvement area
• Closely monitor attendance and productivity of team members
• This position requires long working hours and work in the evening
