Job Description

As an Assistant Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, organization, and execution of various projects within the organization. You will work closely with the supervisor and other team members to ensure that projects are completed successfully and on schedule. In addition to project coordination tasks, you will also be responsible for going to schools for teacher training, providing student guidance, and building relationships with schools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Supervisor in organizing, planning, and executing various projects within the organization.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
  • Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Coordinate communication with schools, including scheduling teacher training sessions and workshops.
  • Conduct teacher training sessions at schools, providing guidance and support to teachers.
  • Provide guidance and support to students, including academic, career, and personal development counseling.
  • Build and maintain relationships with schools to promote training programs and services.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for schools, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Assist in coordinating project activities and deliverables, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct research and gather data relevant to project initiatives.
  • Assist in maintaining project documentation, records, and files.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, education, or a related field (preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Preferred: Teaching quality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the role, with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
  • Regular Field visit is necessary. Hence, candidates having two-wheeler with valid driving license are preferred.
