Job Description

The Assistant Program Coordinator will support the Program Coordinator in the efficient management of the MBA/BBA program. This role involves assisting with academic coordination, student services, and administrative tasks. The Assistant Coordinator will act as a liaison between faculty, students, and administrative departments, ensuring that program operations run smoothly and effectively.

Reporting to: Program Coordinator (Management Programs) – MBA/BBA

Morning Shift: 6.30 A.M to 2.30 P.M
Evening Shift: 12.00 P.M to 8.00 P.M

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Assist the Program Coordinator in managing day-to-day program activities.
  • Help in scheduling classes, exams, and other academic events.
  • Maintain student records, attendance logs, and performance reports.
  • Prepare and manage documentation required for academic meetings, program reviews, and accreditation processes.

Student Services:

  • Serve as a point of contact for students, addressing their academic queries and concerns.
  • Help with organizing student orientation, program events, and extracurricular activities.
  • Assist in managing student academic performance, including tracking progress and coordinating feedback sessions.
  • Support students with course registration, class schedules, and program requirements.

Faculty Support:

  • Assist faculty members with scheduling, grading, and other academic needs.
  • Coordinate guest lectures, workshops, and seminars for the program.
  • Assist in preparing course materials and distributing them to students andfaculty.

Event Coordination:

  • Help organize program-related events such as conferences, workshops, student networking events, and graduation ceremonies.
  • Coordinate logistics for guest lectures and external visits.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Facilitate smooth communication between students, faculty, and administrative departments.
  • Assist in disseminating important information and announcements to students and faculty.
  • Support collaboration between the MBA/BBA program and external organizations for internships, guest speakers, and other opportunities.

Research and Journal Support:

  • Assist faculty and students in research projects, ensuring adherence to institutional and ethical standards.
  • Support the preparation and publication of research papers, articles, and case studies in national and international journals.
  • Coordinate the submission process for institutional journals or conference proceedings.
  • Organize workshops or training sessions on research methodologies, academic writing, and journal publication.

Program Improvement:

  • Assist in gathering and analyzing student feedback to improve the program effectiveness.
  • Contribute to curriculum planning and improvement activities.
