Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Program Coordinator – BHM to support the planning, coordination, and execution of the Bachelor of Hotel Management program. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Program Coordinator, faculty members, students, and administrative teams to ensure the smooth delivery of academic and extracurricular activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Academic Support & Coordination

  • Assist in preparing class routines, academic calendars, and faculty schedules
  • Coordinate with faculty for syllabus coverage, assessment planning, and classroom support
  • Monitor student attendance, performance, and maintain academic records
  • Assist in organizing internal assessments, subject practical’s, and university examinations

Student Engagement & Support

  • Act as a point of contact for student queries related to academics and course requirements
  • Support in organizing workshops, field visits, guest lectures, and industry exposure programs
  • Help in collecting student feedback and coordinating improvement actions

Operational & Administrative Assistance

  • Maintain proper documentation related to academic activities, reports, and compliance
  • Support with the preparation and submission of reports to the university and regulatory bodies
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Admin, IT, Exam, HR) for smooth program operations

Event & Program Coordination

  • Assist in the planning and execution of departmental events, competitions, and hospitality activities
  • Liaise with external vendors or partners for program-specific requirements
