Job Description

Assist in managing all production, quality and production planning.
Manage relationship with factory management and Execute defined directives.
Manage junior team members and contribute considerably to the achievement of team objectives.
Supervise junior production staffs ensuring that quality is the paramount priority and focus.
Make day to day decisions within defined scope (with support on complex issues).
Assist in identifying problems and provide solutions to complex production issues, with minimal input and feedback.
Train and monitor new staff members.
Review production report and maintain accurate records.
Maintain inventory level of materials in production.
Ensure quality standards are met throughout the production.
Monitor machines and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
