Job Description

To identify and introduce new business opportunities, analytical research, and market innovation related to agriculture machinery production and marketing in Nepal
Identify different sources of agriculture machinery and other reliable sources for Nepalese farming conditions and conduct research with regards to their value addition and new product development
Identify the problems and opportunities in the agriculture machinery business and projects in Nepal
Identification, design, and development of new machinery products and projects in Nepal
Research for the development and implementation of agricultural machinery manufacturing units in Nepal
Support the preparation, monitoring, and verification of different design, development, and construction-related work requirements of the company
Rate analysis and AutoCAD skills for agricultural buildings and structures.
Research, design, and installation of cold storage projects
Coordination with different public and private stakeholders related to the agriculture machinery and projects business
Identification and analysis of different opportunities for agricultural machinery with regard to import and export
Overall market research and analysis of the agricultural machinery application scenario in Nepal.
Business development of new agricultural and other machinery products
Market research for different sources of agricultural machinery is based on the market and seasonal requirements, with frequent market and field visits
Research the digitalization and/or customization of existing machinery and the efficiency of existing machines
Responsible for collecting information from agricultural machinery producing and implementing government institutions, non-government institutions, cooperatives, farmer’s groups, and companies and preparing reports
Assist in planning and arranging different meetings and training programs with cooperatives and farmers’ groups
Assist with the introduction of new technologies and business opportunities for the company, including business incubation
Facilitate the development of training manuals and promotional materials
Support other components and departments of MKCL
Respond and communicate with company clients about the company's services in a timely and friendly manner
Maintain and enhance the working environment with the entire staff community
Maintain the company and process SOP at all levels
Other responsibilities are assigned by the supervisor
