Roles and responsibilities of this job

Job Overview:

Assistant Officer is responsible to resolve operational issue of ISP, TV, Movies and Ticketing merchants

Key Responsibilities:

Merchant Operation (ISP, TV, Movies)
Merchant Integration
Coordinate with tech team

Qualification:

Bachelor in CS (BCA, BSc.CSIT, BIT, BIM, BCA) preferable

Key Skills/ Knowledge:

Excellent in Excel, Microsoft office package, MIS tools

Behavioural Skills:

Should have a pleasing personality and with a positive attitude
Strong Command over English and Nepali Language
Should be diligent and proactive
Respectful of deadlines
