Job Description

The Assistant Marketing Manager supports the Marketing Manager in implementing, coordinating, and monitoring the clinic’s marketing and outreach initiatives. The role involves executing campaigns, tracking leads, building brand presence, and supporting business development to attract and retain patients.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Campaign & Promotion Execution

  • Assist in planning and implementing online and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Manage content updates on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Support design and distribution of promotional materials (flyers, brochures, banners).
  • Coordinate with agencies/designers for creatives.

B. Digital & Lead Management

  • Monitor and report on daily leads from digital platforms.
  • Follow up and ensure leads are passed to appropriate team members.
  • Support with WhatsApp, SMS, email, and telemarketing initiatives.
  • Keep lead follow-up status updated in CRM/Excel tracking.

C. Outreach & Collaboration Support

  • Assist in organizing camps, CME events, and community outreach programs.
  • Coordinate logistics for field visits and mobile team support.
  • Maintain communication with local collaborators (hospitals, clinics, pharmacies).

D. Branding & Visibility

  • Ensure clinic branding materials are placed and maintained at partner locations.
  • Support external visits for visibility audits and restocking marketing materials.
  • Document marketing efforts and maintain event photo library.

E. Reporting & Analysis

  • Maintain campaign performance data and feedback.
  • Provide weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
  • Recommend improvements based on lead trends and feedback.
