Job Description

  • Supervise and manage day to day office administrative and HR activities
  • Handle All branch office documentations
  • Record office income and expenses in coordination with Finance Manager
  • Prepare monthly budgets for the branch activities
  • Coordinate with vendors and make purchases of non technical items
  • Office Maintenances
  • Cafeteria management
  • Maintain employee attendance, absence and leave records
  • Email correspondence from and for the office to all queries
  • Coordination with other managers to maintain office environment
  • Assist System manager to update the asset list and inventories
  • Act as branch liaison for government and non government organizations
  • Handle queries and grievances of the visitors and people in the branch related to HR and administrative issues
  • Other assigned responsibilities from Country and Head Office
