Bigmart is looking for dynamic, analytical, and results-driven professionals to join our Supply Chain team as Assistant Manager – Supply Chain Management (SCM). This role is ideal for candidates with experience in warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management who are passionate about operational excellence and team leadership.

The selected candidates will undergo comprehensive training within Bigmart's warehouse operations across Kathmandu Valley before being assigned to warehouse locations across Nepal based on business requirements.
Training & Placement
Selected candidates will participate in a structured training program designed to provide hands-on exposure to end-to-end warehouse and supply chain operations. Upon successful completion of the training, candidates must be willing to work at any Bigmart warehouse location across Nepal as required by the business.
Work Schedule
During the training period, candidates must be willing to work in rotational shifts, including:
9:00 PM – 5:00 AM
3:00 AM – 11:00 AM
4:00 AM – 12:00 PM
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Business Studies, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree will be considered an added advantage.
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, or supply chain.
Previous team leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
Strong knowledge of retail ERP systems, including Inventory, Sales & Distribution, and Purchase modules.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting, inventory analysis, and data management.
Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
Willingness to travel and relocate to any Bigmart warehouse location across Nepal based on business needs.
Additional Requirement: A valid two-wheeler driving license with a personal two-wheeler is mandatory.
