Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Sales at Times Business - Motors Division located in Nepal. The Assistant Manager - Sales will be responsible for managing sales operations, building and maintaining relationships with clients, leading sales teams, achieving sales targets, and preparing sales reports. This role includes conducting market research, developing sales strategies, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
