Job Overview:
The Assistant Manager – Marketing & PR will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing and public relations strategies to promote the company’s brand, products and services. Will have to work closely with other stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of marketing campaigns, PR initiatives, and communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve the company’s objectives.
- Collaborate with team to create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, email campaigns, and print materials.
- Manage the company’s social media presence, including content creation, community engagement, and performance analysis.
- Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
- Coordinate with internal team and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and resources.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Assist in media relations activities, including drafting press releases, pitching stories to journalists, and coordinating interviews.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing and PR campaigns using relevant metrics and tools.
- Provide regular reports and updates on marketing and PR activities to management and stake holders.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing, PR, sales and other departments.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing, PR, and related fields.
Qualification:
- MBA -Marketing with 2 Years Experience or Bachelor’s Degree in related field with 5 Years Experience.
- Proven experience in marketing, PR or related roles.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding and customer segmentation.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various audiences and channels.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with a keen attention to details.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
