Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources Manager in day-to-day HR operations, administration, recruitment, and employee relations. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will play an important role in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of human resources practices, policies, and employment laws
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• A degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a must
