Job Description


Talent Acquisition
:

  • Partner with Technical leads and Project Managers to define recruitment needs and create compelling job descriptions.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical positions, focusing on identifying strong cultural fit and technical skills.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring compliance with company policies and labour laws.
  • Implement data-driven strategies to optimize recruitment processes and improve efficiency.

Employee Engagement & Development:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding program for new technical team members, fostering a sense of belonging and connection.
  • Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify and address factors contributing to employee turnover.
  • Design and organize team-building activities, workshops, and events to boost team morale and engagement.
  • Assist employees in identifying and pursuing professional development opportunities, including training, certifications, and upskilling programs.
  • Support the implementation of a continuous learning culture within the Technical Department. 

Performance Management:

  • Implement and refine performance evaluation processes in collaboration with HR and departmental leaders.
  • Assist in identifying and developing high-potential employees within the Technical Department.
  • Contribute to succession planning efforts, ensuring a smooth transition for key roles.
  • Support employees in creating and implementing individual development plans aligned with their career goals.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Manage HRIS for the Technical Department, ensuring accurate data entry and timely processing of leave requests and attendance.
  • Facilitate approvals for leave requests and maintain HRIS records.
  • Coordinate off-boarding processes for departing employees.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to office management, including the kitchen, cleanliness, safety measures, and inventory.
