Job Description

Responsible for preparing financial plans and monitoring the same to ensure smooth functioning of the company
Preparation of financial (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Account and Cash flow statement) for internal and external consumption
Responsible for providing financial advice and support to clients
Providing and interpreting financial information
Developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk
Filling Annual Return in office of company Registrar
Filling Tax VAT related returns and making timely payments of TDS, VAT, income Tax based on fund availability
Monitoring of Receivables and Necessary follow up
Reconciliation and settlement of commission
Ensuring correctness of Vouchers entered in accounting System
Managing and Monitoring the business transactions
Comply with the commercial rates
Periodic MIS Reporting to management
Assuring compliance with policies and statutory requirements/returns (finance)
General Accounts management
Accounts Management of subsidiary companies
Timely Internal and Statutory Audit Completion and Report Finalization
