Job Description

  • Supervise team in providing excellent and outstanding services and support to our customers
  • Ensure that the team addresses customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Identify and resolve problems that affect customer service quality and efficiency
  • Day to Day Coordination with the accounts department on billing and Payment and other operational activities
  • Manage billing , delivery route daily and assure client to make payment on the same day
  • Prepare analytical report and effective plans for the betterment of accounts department
  • Gather feedback from the clients for the analytics database and report
  • Encourage revenue growth by inspiring clients to purchase more SMS credits and renew on time.
  • Coordinate, communicate and collaborate with clients to ensure that deals are finalized and implemented with proper MOU
