  • 3-5 years of working experience in business development
  • Proven knowledge of the content sourcing ecosystem of Nepal
  • Good relationship with TV channels, production houses, media companies
  • Working experience for securing sponsorships for digital products
  • Enthusiastic to work in a dynamic start-up environment with a young and diverse team in several countries
  • Fluent English and Nepali proficiency (other languages are a plus, but not required)

Note:

  • This position is available on a full-time basis as part of a fresh team in our office in Kathmandu
  • Salary and benefits package negotiable

Job Description

  • You will be responsible for making sure that Nepalflix acquires new content on an ongoing basis. To this extent, you will maintain close relations with industry professionals (film, TV, production houses, music) and be proactive in securing content
  • You will establish new, maintain existing and expand partnerships with Nepalflix business relations with the aim to secure additional revenue opportunities
  • You will be responsible for securing sponsorship and brand engagement for both the Nepalflix platform and our associated YouTube influencers
  • Generating ideas for campaigns and marketing strategy
  • Maintain good relationships with Telcos at primary level
