Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager (Banking and Finance) to lead the accounts team, manage financial operations, and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, tax planning, and team supervision within multi-project environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as head for accounts of all projects of the company.
  • Monitor books of accounts for group of companies.
  • Analyze cost variances and recommend Chief Finance Officer corrective actions to meet project budgets.
  • repare and analyze financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Support the Chief Finance Officer to finalize the financial statement for audit.
  • Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints in coordination with the subordinates and other stakeholders.
  • Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including processing invoices, payments, and collections.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, tax regulations, and industry-specific financial standards
  • Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits.
  • Monitor, supervise and verify the day to day transaction of Cost Accountant, Revenue Accountant, Site Liaising officer and bank & party reconciliation officer.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor and management.
