Job Description

An Assistant Manager in HR supports daily HR functions, manages recruitment processes, and ensures compliance with labor laws while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Selection: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and preparing employment contracts.
  • Onboarding and Training: Facilitate onboarding activities for new hires, including orientation sessions and training programs to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Payroll management: Process salary for all staffs and ensure timely disbursement of salaries coordinating with Finance department
  • Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries, resolve workplace issues, and maintain positive employee relations to foster a supportive work environment.
  • Performance Management: Support performance management processes, including conducting performance appraisals and developing employee development plans.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations esp. Sikshya Ain.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of information.
  • HR Policies and Procedures: Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are communicated effectively to all employees.
  • Reporting: Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required, providing insights into HR metrics and trends.
