Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager at Berger Paints Nepal. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing and guiding the team, ensuring smooth production processes, maintaining quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Assistant Manager will play a pivotal role in achieving operational excellence and delivering customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and managerial skills
Experience in manufacturing or related industry
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in project management and organizational skills
Knowledge of quality management systems
Prior experience in team management and supervision
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
