Research and Development Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversees the research on money business service (MBS), industry trend, evaluation, and initial development of new products or services.
• Plans and participates in research projects.
• Have strong knowledge in payment industry and regulator policy (NRB).  
• Develop concepts, products and solutions by coordinating with various departments and group of companies. 
• Understand customer need, interest & expectation and develop a product. .
• Determine and execute improved technology, new products, understand competitors and customers.
• Establish project goals and priorities by collaborating with Operations and marketing team.
• Research, design and evaluate materials, assemblies, processes and equipment.
• Develop concepts, products and solutions by working closely with business units.
• Documentation all phases of research and development.
• Responsible to build the product and services that shall be cost effective, seamless and adoptable.

Qualification Required:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree; MBA would be preferred. Professional Degree in Finance /Banking or equivalent.
• Leadership and management skills, budgeting ability, communication and presentation skills, ingenuity and creativity.
• Proven experience as a project manager.
• Age not exceeding 35 years by end of December 2021.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in MS-Office package.

• Must have learning and problem-solving attitude.
• Strong communication skills.
