Job Specification

Education Level : Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required : More than or equal to 1 year
Other Specification
  • Minimum Bachelors complete (Masters preferred)
  • Knowledge about Construction field is highly appreciated
  • Minimum 1 year’ experience in the construction industry
  • Fluency in Nepali and English (Written and Spoken)
  • Computer knowledge, interpersonal and leadership skills 

Job Description

  • Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best
  • Suggest sales training programs and techniques
  • Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs
  • Research emerging products and use information to update the store’s merchandise
  • Create reports, analyze and interpret retail data, like revenues, expenses and competition
  • Make sure all employees adhere to company’s policies and guidelines
  • Act as our store’s representative and set an example for our staff
