We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Assistant – Loan and Recovery to handle loan processing, follow-ups, collections, and client coordination within the Kathmandu Valley and Outside Valley as well. The role involves regular field visits, so a valid two-wheeler driving license and personal bike are mandatory. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in loan and recovery operations.

Key Responsibilities

Loan Support:

Assist clients with loan applications, document collection, and verification.
Conduct field visits to clients and showrooms for loan-related activities.
Coordinate with internal teams for efficient loan processing.
Maintain accurate records of loan accounts and client communications.
Respond to client queries regarding loan terms, payments, and procedures.
Prepare and submit reports on loan processing and client follow-ups.

Recovery Support:

Monitor overdue loan accounts and follow up with clients for repayment.
Conduct field visits, calls, and written communications for recovery.
Prepare regular reports on loan disbursements and recovery progress.
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred; however, students currently pursuing their bachelor’s studies are also encouraged to apply.
Valid two-wheeler driving license and personal bike are mandatory.
1 year of experience in loan, recovery, or customer service preferred (freshers can apply).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and handle field visits effectively.
