We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Assistant – Loan & Recovery to to handle loan, follow-ups, collections, and client coordination within different location. The role requires field visits for follow-ups and coordination with clients, making a valid two-wheeler driving license mandatory. Key Responsibilities

Loan Support:

Assist clients in the loan application process, including document collection and verification.
Conduct field visits to clients and showrooms for document verification and loan-related activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to process loan requests efficiently.
Maintain updated records of loan accounts and client communications.
Respond to client inquiries regarding loan terms, payments, and procedures.
Prepare and submit reports on loan processing status, client follow-ups, and field activities.

Recovery Support:

Monitor overdue loan accounts and follow up with clients for repayment.
Conduct field visits, calls, and written communications to ensure recovery of outstanding amounts
Prepare regular reports on loan disbursements and recovery progress for management.
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements in loan and recovery processes.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
1 year of experience in loan, recovery, or customer service is preferred. However, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and handle field visits efficiently.
