Job Description

Assist the lead teacher in delivering lectures on Nepali grammar and other literary works as per the curriculum.
Develop and implement structured lesson plans that meet the course objectives and address diverse learning needs.
Conduct regular assessments, quizzes, assignments, and examinations to monitor and evaluate student progress.
Provide academic support and mentorship to students, addressing individual concerns and helping them achieve their academic goals.
Collaborate with senior lecturers and the academic team to review and enhance the curriculum and teaching materials.
Maintain a disciplined and productive learning environment, promoting active participation and engagement.
Stay updated on the latest trends in Nepali literature and language education, contributing to academic research when necessary.
Provide regular feedback to students and prepare reports on student performance for internal and external review.
