Job Description

  • Conduct regular assessments, quizzes, assignments, and examinations to monitor and evaluate student progress.
  • Provide academic support and mentorship to students, addressing individual concerns and helping them achieve their academic goals.
  • Collaborate with senior lecturers and the academic team to review and enhance the curriculum and teaching materials.
  • Maintain a disciplined and productive learning environment, promoting active participation and engagement.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in Nepali literature and language education, contributing to academic research when necessary.
  • Provide regular feedback to students and prepare reports on student performance for internal and external review.
