Job Description

  • Maintain and update the overall employee database of new recruits, employee’s attendance, leave registration, overtime calculation, and resigned employee on a daily basis
  • Implement HR strategies and initiative aligned with the overall business strategies
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the presence of the right number of human capital in the organization

Other Job Responsibilities:

  • Administers employees leave entitlements including annual, sick, home leave, leave with/without pay
  • Monitors and controls leave available through the HRIS system.
  • Ensure compliance with procedure while approving resignation of employees
  • Ensures the maintenance of the computerized personnel files
  • Check, verify and update documents in the personal file of the employees
  • Ensure statutory compliance in relation to labor law and human resource policy book
  • Manage the training programs conducted for developing the knowledge and skills of employees
  • Fix venue, time and professional trainer according to the requirements of the training need
  • Responsible to timely communicate and disseminate the information for systematic and smooth functioning of daily activities
  • Maintain conducive working environment to increase productivity of the employee
  • Responsible for other necessary works as assigned

    Reports to be submitted:

    • Daily recording and documentation of employee’s force attendance leave form, overtime
    • Daily recording and update of employee’s database of head office, factory and sales region
    • Daily ensure all newly recruit employee’s personal record file is maintained
    • Daily reporting and documentation of employee’s requisition form submitted by other departments and branches
    • Quarterly documentation of performance appraisal files of employees

    Software and/or Equipment in Use:

    • Time Trax: Attendance and Leave management; Payroll system
