Salary: Negotiable
Location: Putalisadak, Kathmandu
Education: Bachelor complete
Experiences: 2 years of experience as a Senior HR Officer in any relevant industry

Key Responsibilities:

HR Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule and attend interviews with candidates.
Prepare onboarding materials and coordinate induction programs for new employees.
Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Address employee inquiries and provide general HR support.
Assist in the development and implementation of training materials and schedules
Ensure employees are following HR policies

Administrative Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
Maintain a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
Handle travel arrangements and accommodations and lunch for staffs and guests as needed.
Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
Process insurance claims

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous internship or work experience in HR and/or administration is an advantage.
Basic understanding of HR functions and administrative tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
