Job Description

  • Plan, Develop, implement and direct the organizational operations and performance.
  • Cooperating with the General Manager, and assisting with any project planning.
  • Co-ordination & Co-operations with Banks personnel’s.
  • Planning budgets analysis sales figures and prepare monthly report.
  • Responsible for effective financial management reporting and sales forecasting.
  • Responsible for Proper Record keeping of every document.
  • Provide guidance & leadership to Sales & Marketing team, Property Manager & HR Team.
  • Assist in Recruiting, Training and supervising staffs.
  • Evaluate company’s financial, operational & Sales structure to plan for continual improvements.
  • Communicate and report effectively to Executive Board Team.
