Job Description

Plan, Develop, implement and direct the organizational operations and performance.
Cooperating with the General Manager, and assisting with any project planning.
Co-ordination & Co-operations with Banks personnel’s.
Planning budgets analysis sales figures and prepare monthly report.
Responsible for effective financial management reporting and sales forecasting.
Responsible for Proper Record keeping of every document.
Provide guidance & leadership to Sales & Marketing team, Property Manager & HR Team.
Assist in Recruiting, Training and supervising staffs.
Evaluate company’s financial, operational & Sales structure to plan for continual improvements.
Communicate and report effectively to Executive Board Team.
