Job Description

Royal Singi Hotel is looking for an experienced and passionate Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of solid Front Office operations experience in a star rated hotel/resort.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the Front Office staff
Ensure that all Front Office personnel are providing excellent customer service
Monitor the accuracy of all Front Office transactions
Assist in the development of Front Office policies and procedures
Monitor and adjust staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage
Ensure Front Office staff are properly trained and have the necessary resources
Handle guest complaints and inquiries
Facilitate communication between departments
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
