Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a competent and detail-oriented Assistant Finance Manager to support our finance department in ensuring accurate financial management, budgeting, and reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, financial knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
Monitor day-to-day financial operations such as invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company financial policies.
Support the Finance Manager in developing financial strategies and reports.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to improve efficiency.
Oversee account receivables and payables management.
Manage cash flow and support treasury operations.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data security.

Required Education Level:Professional Certification

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting.
Strong command of accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP, MS Excel).
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
High level of integrity and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in financial reporting and compliance.
